Every artist needs time to contemplate and dream up new ideas. I spent a couple of days sorting inventory (a dreadful job) and found a few recent acquisitions that sparked my imagination. The ideas flowed out of my head and into my surroundings.

While digging around in my inventory, I came across the 2022 Lelutka EvoX Raven head. I also found the Eve skin by The Skinnery to go with it. Both were very generous gifts from Lelutka. I told you that I don’t unpack and organize in a timely fashion!

I tried out the various skin tones and liked the bronze tone the best. I also adjusted the shape that came with it. She reminds me of a very early version of Em (or as close as I could get to this look in 2008!) Meet Camille.

The Magic of Reading

I love books! Reading a book can be so magical; it can whisk me away to new places, even while I’m stuck at home. When I’m not in world, I do a lot of reading.

This wonderful Paper Magic pose prop set was on sale last weekend at Disorderly for 75L. The flying pose I got free at a past La Vie en Pose event. It isn’t too late to grab some free poses at the current La Vie en Pose, which is open until April 25, 2020. The gifts are quite generous!

I haven’t posted in quite a while. Last fall, I made a long distance move, lived in an apartment for a while, then went house hunting. After that, it was remodel, decorate and move again! Then I spent time enjoying my new city followed by some minor health issues.

Ok enough excuses. Thanks to COVID-19 and staying at home, I’m BAAACKK!!

Summer Candy

The latest creation by b[ELLE] made me think of summer candy — the candy necklaces, dots stuck on paper and strips of sugary gel.

The Sweethearts Dress comes with a HUD and all of the patterns are unique and fun. I had a hard time choosing my favorite, but the 3D look on the hearts print really stands out.
