It was a dark and stormy night…..I’ve always wanted to write that opening line somewhere! I went to the beach and had a lovely, relaxing day. But toward evening, the storm clouds rolled in and the rain poured down. I didn’t want to just hang out in my hotel room watching a movie all by myself, so I donned my raincoat and dashed to the local pub. It’s a great place to be in blustery weather!
