I’m doing a little yoga and a few stretches before going for a run on the beach. It is such a glorious day, but I know that a pink sky forecasts a change in the weather. I’ve already spotted a few ominous clouds in the southwest.
I’m very glad I stayed home this weekend. I feel feel refreshed and renewed.
