Complementary Simplicity

Simplicity In The Warmth of the Sun

Last weekend, I took a trip to a pension in Spain to relax and recharge. I’ve shared one photo with you, but here is another. When I saw this wall, I knew it would make the perfect complementary color backdrop to highlight my new dress by ISON.

This Nevaeh dress was a Fifty Linden Friday sale item week before last. It has a most unusual color HUD. All of the options are shades of blue and teal. ISON does such a good job with textures and simple design. The ruffles add just a touch of femininity while keeping the basic lines of the dress clean.

The hair is a full price purchase from Magika. I recently re-discovered this store. Their newest offerings are worth a look. The texturing is now on par with the best hair stores! I also love that the HUD contains ALL colors. Generally, I’m a brunette, but I loved the option to choose sun-bleached blond for this photo.
